"It’s annoying how every time you try to call this place they never answer because their always closed . What kind of establishment is this ? Do better with your hours because you guys are trash . I’ve called so many times and no one ever answers. They act like the food is that great to not be answering to begin when it’s not so don’t even waste your time . There’s a lovely soul food spot in Springfield starts with an A , They could be the busiest and they’ll still answer the phone so try them instead of wasting your time and money with these people . both in Springfield in Holyoke are ridiculous . How can you run a business and not even answer your customers? This place is a joke"
"I'm so conflicted. The food is AMAZING, but it's impossible to get. They are ALWAYS closed, even when they are supposed to be open. Hours online are a joke. I called twice today to confirm what time they were closing (online it says 8pm) and the answers I got were "I think around 6" and "at 6." I called at 5:00 to order food for MY BIRTHDAY DINNER and they were closed. I've tried to order at least 10 times over the last few months with no success. I'm done chasing them, even if the food was amazing. Food - 5 stars. Business management - 0 stars."
